Mhd888 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no specific guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from errors. However, mhd888 is committed to maintaining platform uptime above 99% and will notify members of any planned maintenance.

• Mhd888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Mhd888's liability to any member is limited to the amount of credits in that member's account at the time of the incident.
• Mhd888 is not liable for losses arising from delays or failures by third-party providers, including payment providers and game providers.

Mhd888 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with industry best practices and applicable data protection laws.

Personal information you provide to mhd888 is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Privacy Policy of our own. The Privacy Policy forms part of the agreement between you and mhd888 and should be read together with this Terms and Conditions document.
